YOGA 60 is our renowned 60 minute beginners yoga class, carefully created to enhance your flexibility and de-stress your mind. You can experience YOGA 60 at our secluded yoga studio, nestled away in the idyllic market town of Thame in South Oxfordshire.

Our yoga classes remain small with no more than 6 attendees, this ensures you feel comfortable, relaxed and able to engage fully with your yoga practice. We provide all the little luxuries you'll want including Lululemon yoga mats and plush Egyptian cotton face towels.

Your talented yoga teacher will welcome you into the studio upon your arrival and guide you to your mat, ready for a luxurious yoga experience like no other. YOGA 60 provides the perfect blend of a low-impact yoga practice with some much needed deep stress relief.

Intelligently designed for everybody, no matter what your age, physical capabilities or body shape.


Our yoga classes are delivered in a safe and efficient manor, your teacher will draw on a number of yoga teachings and exercise disciplines. You'll relax into your yoga practice, challenging your body and enhancing the way you move. You'll explore new poses and positions each class as you progress from strength to strength.

You'll be greeted by your yoga teacher upon entering the studio, they'll explain everything you need to know about our facilities and the class itself. You teacher will then guide you to your yoga mat where you'll wait for the class to begin.

You'll remain on your mat throughout the class, where you'll perform a sequence of exercises and movements designed to help you learn to control, strengthen and release tension throughout your entire body. You'll leave your class feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and with an improved sense of body awareness.
Our aim was to keep the yoga studio light and airy so we didn't include dedicated changing or shower facilities. Please arrive in your yoga attire ready for your class. (We do have a spacious toilet that can act as a changing room should you need it.)

We have everything you'll need for the ultimate yoga experience including fresh cotton towels, essential oils and chilled water on tap.
We encourage you to wear your usual workout clothing such as shorts/leggings and a sports top. You'll need to be able to move freely so please ensure your clothing is not restrictive.

The most important thing is that you feel comfortable, so wear what you feel comfortable in!
Yoga is safe for those with existing aches and pains. We understand the effect various lifestyles and sports can have on your body, your yoga teacher will work with you to minimize their impact during your class.

Many of our clients come to us with niggling aches and pains, the good news is they usually disappear as you begin moving properly. Improvements we make to your posture and movement capacity will ensure they never return.
We like our yoga teachers to be able to focus on delivering amazing yoga classes so we don't process payments inside the studio. We kindly ask you to book and pay for your yoga class spot before you arrive using our Online Booking Calendar
