Our focus at Thame Fitness is on designing personal training sessions tailored to your individual anatomy, current ability, and your tolerance for activity. We create a totally unique exercise experience based on your specific needs and goals.

Trial Session FAQs

Our passionate and experienced personal trainers have the skills to improve your fitness, no matter what your circumstances.

Your trial session includes a physical element so we encourage you to wear loose-fitting sports clothing that allows you to move freely. Your comfort is key so wear what you feel most comfortable in. You’ll also need a pair of comfortable trainers, we kindly ask these are clean and free from mud.

We have everything you need at the studio so you needn’t bring anything with you. We have chilled water on tap, air conditioning, soft face towels and everything else you’ll need for your experience.

We encourage you to eat what you would consider to be an average-size meal approximately 2-3 hours prior to your session. Eating 2-3 hours before your session will ensure your body has the fuel it needs to perform at its best whist ensuring your blood sugar levels remain stable throughout your experience.

Yes, we have ample parking available immediately outside of the studio.

Your intelligently designed trial personal training session includes a physical element that incorporates the full spectrum of training tools. We draw on a number of disciplines including Pilates, yoga and resistance training to create a totally unique exercise experienced based on your specific needs and goals. Your session begins with an in-depth consultation that see’s you discuss your unique goals for your training experience. Your personal trainer will then conduct a speedy movement screen to determine your unique starting point. Having determined your strengths and areas for development, your personal trainer will take you through your trial session training experience where you’ll learn more about the Thame Fitness coaching systems.

Whilst we do have small changing facilities, we encourage you to arrive dressed in your exercise clothing, ready for your trial session experience.
