Personal Training Session

We are delighted to invite you to attend your trial personal training session at our exclusive fitness studio in Thame. You can find us at Unit 8 Thame Park Business Centre, Wenman Rd, Thame, Oxfordshire, OX9 3XA. We encourage you to eat a light meal/snack 2-3 hours before arriving for your personal training session. We have small changing facilities available and ample parking immediately outside of the studio.

Your trial personal training experience will last 45 minutes and includes a short initial consultation, giving you an opportunity to sit down with your personal trainer to discuss your goals for your training experience. You'll have plenty of time to address any concerns you may have. Following your consultation, your personal trainer will take you through your trial session workout, a personalised exercise experience demonstrating our unique approach to fitness. We look forward to welcoming you to the Thame Fitness studio.

Your trial session includes a physical element so we encourage you to wear loose-fitting sports clothing that allows you to move freely. Your comfort is key so wear what you feel most comfortable in. You'll also need a pair of comfortable trainers, we kindly ask that these are clean and free from mud.

We have everything you need at the studio so you needn't bring anything with you. We have chilled water on tap, soft face towels and small changing facilities should you need them.

We encourage you to eat what you would consider to be an average-size meal approximately 2-3 hours prior to your session. Eating 2-3 hours before your session will ensure your body has the fuel it needs to perform at its best whist ensuring your blood sugar levels remain stable throughout your experience.

Yes! We have ample parking available immediately outside of the studio.

Your intelligently designed trial personal training session includes a physical element that incorporates the full spectrum of training tools. We draw on a number of disciplines including Pilates, yoga and resistance training to create a totally unique exercise experienced based on your specific needs and goals. Your session begins with an in-depth consultation that see's you discuss your unique goals for your training experience. Your personal trainer will then conduct a speedy movement screen to determine your unique starting point. Having determined your strengths and areas for development, your personal trainer will take you through your trial session training experience where you'll learn more about the Thame Fitness coaching systems.
